Chitta Wellness is personal and group training that will provide you with transformative tools to achieve your ideal body.

Apart from weight-loss, a change in lifestyle and preparation for athletic events, Chitta Wellness focuses on the three ‘Ps’: pre-conception, prenatal fitness and postpartum recovery. Chitta = sanskrit for perception, thinking and memory. It is this ‘mind stuff’ that we accumulate throughout our life which determines whether we enjoy exercise and healthy nutrition or not. ‘Chitta’ is also the part of the mind that stores impressions and experiences. At Chitta Wellness we will help you change the paradigm. You will learn to get back in tune with your body and mind.

Training will be tailored to your goal (weight loss, overall well-being, running performance, pre- and postnatal fitness, etc.) and conducted through exercises which you enjoy and in which you will achieve the desired results in the most sustainable way. You will get nutrition advice during the sessions and additional support to stick to your goals in between workouts. 

How you feel will determine the exercises on any given day which will result in steady progress and a sustainable lifestyle from there on forward.
