Over the recent years, I have established myself as a prenatal and postpartum exercise specialist among mothers in Brooklyn and Manhattan and gradually expanded my knowledge by working with several hundred women, individually, in small groups and workshops. The pre-conception through postpartum period is one of the most important in a woman’s life, that deserve special care which I can provide you with.
I like to make exercise fun, diverse and stimulating emotionally and physically to ensure the sustainability of your progress. I am a firm believer in positive encouragement and working together to help people embrace the joy of healthy living.
My love for sports has always been deeply rooted in the emotional benefits I draw from it. As a half Kenyan running is in my blood and it always soothed me and gave me clarity. But my passion for running came to an end when a stressful office environment caused sciatic pain that built up so that by the end of that year I had become so immobile I couldn’t walk or sit without immense pain.
Determined to go back to the sport she loved, over the next years, I worked on healing myself through various new approaches and old remedies which she remembered from her days as an athlete. Today I am 99% pain free, running marathons and coaching (aspiring) runners and many others.
